Studio Manager / PA to Director – SAGRADA Associates Ltd – London

SAGRADA is a dynamic and expanding interior design practice based in Central London, specialising in high-end projects within the hospitality and commercial sectors on a global platform.

We are currently seeking a full/part time studio manager/PA to director with a professional manner, strong organisational skills and an appreciation for design. Ideally, candidates would be enthusiastic, resourceful and productive and demonstrate an ability to work in a focused manner under pressure. As the workload can be varied, an ability to prioritise and multi-task is essential.

The role will involve the following:

administrative and organisational tasks- placing purchase orders
organising and monitoring deliveries
management of project budgets
invoicing

Facilitating the overall smooth running of the studio:

organising collections and deliveries
managing the phones in a professional manner
ensuring the sample library is kept up to date and orderly
managing the post
maintaining the contact database
monitoring stationery supplies
filing and maintenance of hard and soft copy resources and records

Providing personal assistance to the director

scheduling and managing diary
booking travel
checking and responding to emails on a daily basis
professional support within clients’ and in-house team meetings, taking minutes, etc

Applicants should be confident working on Apple Macs, with a proficiency in Word and Excel programs. Good spoken and written English is essential.
