Stadium Assistant – Allianz Park – Saracens Ltd

Job Description
Allianz Park are looking to recruit a number of part time Stadium Assistants to meet the demands of running regular bookings at the stadium.

• Full enhanced DBS check
• Willingness to meet the standards expected at a world class stadium facility
• Excellent customer service skills

Successful candidates will be required to ensure the sports facilities and equipment at the stadium are maintained such that they are always safe and ready to use. You will be required to deal with customers in a friendly and professional manner; ensuring that those who are using the facilities have the correct equipment, have any queries dealt with, and have a positive experience at Allianz Park. You may be required to assist in the delivery of sports events at the stadium.

Skills & Experience Required:
• Excellent communication and written skills
• Excellent administrative, planning, and organisational skills
• A great ability to build relationships with a broad range of individuals

Non-essential skills & qualifications:
A sports coaching qualification
Operational knowledge of a sports venue including athletics
Previous experience in set up and lifting heavy equipment
First Aid certificate

If you hold a coaching qualification we may offer you the opportunity to gain some coaching experience with us.
