Project Administrator / PA – Bennetts Associates Architects – London, United Kingdom

Project Administrator required to join our busy London studio in Clerkenwell providing support to several architectural project teams and acting as PA to one or more directors / associate directors. Key responsibilities include:

report and presentation production at all RIBA workstages and co-ordination of internal and external content
ensuring compliance of all documents with internal Quality Management systems and document control protocols
diary management for project teams including co-ordinating meetings, organising travel and accommodation, attending action meetings to help manage deadlines
uploading and downloading documents via external extranets
induction and ongoing training of company filing protocols and document management systems for architectural staff
general project administration including updating project contacts, calendars and libraries, hard and soft filing, typing, scanning, printing, binding and archiving of projects on completion
acting as PA to one or more Directors to co-ordinate diaries, book meetings, travel and accommodation, process expense claims and other general administration as required
assisting the full admin team with practice wide administrative initiatives and projects

Candidates should be fully proficient in InDesign. Experience with all Microsoft Office applications and Photoshop is also required. Some comparable experience is preferred but does not necessarily need to have been within architecture.
