The Role
Lincoln City Football Club are looking for a dynamic, forward-thinking coach and player developer to join our thriving team of Academy staff. Possessing outstanding self-awareness and interpersonal skills, the successful candidate will have the propensity to build effective working relationships with players and staff alike across the performance pathway to challenge strategy, process and working methodology. Personifying a growth minded outlook and desire to continually seek opportunities for both personal and professional development, the Head of Academy Coaching will play an integral role in the Academy continuing to develop an outstanding development environment with a holistic focus on inspiring both our staff and young people.

Responsibilities
Continued development of Academy coaching & playing philosophy.
Implementation of Academy CPD programme across MDT.
Oversee coach development including CCF’s and Development Action Plans
Contribute to ongoing strategic development of the Academy.
Session delivery across the Foundation, Youth Development and Professional Development Phase.

The individual should possess as a minimum;
Outstanding communication skills
The ability to prioritise workload effectively
Excellent IT skills
High levels of interpersonal dexterity
Adherence to codes of conduct, ethics and confidentiality

Essential Qualifications
UEFA A License
Advanced Youth Award

Desirable Qualifications
QTS
Coach Education Qualifications
EMCC or relevant mentoring accreditation
Qualifications in alternative relevant discipline e.g. sport science, psychology.
