Deputy Women’s Artistic Coach – Huntingdon Gymnastics Club

Job Description
Huntingdon Gymnastics Club is looking for a full time gymnastics to join our elite coaching team. Working alongside the Head Women’s Artistic Coach the successful applicant will be responsible for the girl’s development squad programme and will support the delivery of the girl’s elite and squad programme.

The successful candidate will be required to lead and mentor a team of coaches with the aim of providing high quality gymnasts session which allow gymnasts of all levels to fulfil their potential.

The Role
• Responsible for the Girl’s development squad programme
• Assist the delivery of the elite WA and squad programmes
• Facilitate talent identification within the groups.
• Additional duties within the club to ensure the position is viable.

• The salary is £17,000-£21,000
• 32 days of annual leave (including bank holidays).

• To enable the successful candidate to develop high level gymnastics the working week is 40 hours over 6 days (Monday to Saturday).

Do you have:
• A Level 3 or above in women’s Artistic Gymnastics Coaching Qualification
• A desire to make a difference to the lives of gymnasts in our local community.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• A passion for Gymnastics
