Your background in delivering multiple Agile projects will ensure that you are capable of managing teams, typically to deliver a specific product or transformation via a multi-disciplinary, highly skilled team. You will define delivery needs and enable resource to be appropriately allocated. You will be core to decisions that build high performing teams, where people are excited about the work they are undertaking. You will take ownership and accountability of establishing agile values, methods, principles and practices for the delivery of projects and products.
This role will involve extensive interaction with users, customers, senior stakeholders, management and third party sub-contractors. Strong analytical, organisational, and presentation skills are essential, combined with excellent interpersonal and communication skills in order to manage expectations and issues effectively and establish/maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence.
As well as the technical aspects of the role you will also be expected to manage Agile teams on a daily basis or as required; assist in team development while holding teams accountable for their commitments, removing roadblocks to their work; leveraging organisational resources to improve capacity for project work; ensuring team members track their time using the appropriate systems; and mentoring and developing team members.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
As an Agile Specialist you will need to demonstrate experience as a Delivery Manager or Scrum Master in a client facing team, successfully implementing software development projects using Agile methodologies, managing projects of medium size and complexity in a high-tech development environment with cross functional teams.

You should ideally have a track record of successful delivery of at least one large, complex Agile project and two medium-sized projects working as an integral part of the delivery team. You must be flexible and pragmatic in your approach.
