JNF is the UK’s leading Israel charity, supporting and developing land, water and other environmental and humanitarian causes in Israel, specifically in the Negev.

We are looking for a charismatic, motivated and highly organised Community Fundraiser with leadership skills and initiative.

What we are looking for:

A highly organised and efficient person able to co-ordinate volunteers
Excellent communication skills
Ability to engage with community leaders across the Jewish spectrum and within the Christian community
initiative and decision making
Leadership skills

The post holder must:

Work both in and outside of the office
Work evenings and weekends if necessary
Increase the profile of JNF with local communities
Recruit and co-ordinate volunteers for varying activities
Have a good understanding of social and community enterprise and community development
Have experience of working with a variety of partners
Have a youth movement background
