Vice Principal – Goffs School – Hertfordshire

We are looking to appoint an inspiring and highly capable Vice Principal from the start of the Summer Term 2016. You will absolutely be ambitious for Headship in the future and will join a school with highly committed and ambitious staff, supportive parents, and students who are keen to learn and who aspire to achieve the highest outcomes.

You will be an outstanding classroom practitioner who consistently demonstrates the highest standards of delivery; someone who is committed to a cycle of continuous improvement across all key stages and who has a robust understanding of the strategies required to achieve this. The successful candidate must be able to lead and inspire staff and students alike.

be an effective team player and value every aspect of the life of the school
have outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire students and staff
be an active learner, who constantly strives to improve, with the desire to progress

a forward looking and innovative working environment in a highly oversubscribed school
a dedicated, highly professional and supportive Governing Body
