An exciting opportunity has arisen for 4 community sport and physical activity development professionals to develop and implement a ground-breaking project in Nottinghamshire.

With our valued partners, the Community Sports Trust (Community Interest Company) has been awarded lottery funding to deliver a 3 year project working with health professionals to engage inactive people with Type 2 diabetes in regular community based sport and physical activity.

We are seeking 4 enthusiastic and well organised individuals who will use their understanding and experience of developing community sport to identify and develop appropriate opportunities for people with Type 2 Diabetes.

The ideal candidates will have strong interpersonal skills, empathy and a desire to make a difference to the lives of the people referred to the project. Candidates should be confident working remotely as well as part of a team and be able to integrate their work with a range of partners. If you can demonstrate you have the necessary skills and attributes to fulfil this role, we would love to hear from you.
