Mossessian Architecture, an award winning practice based in Hoxton, are currently looking for an enthusiastic BIM Coordinator with excellent knowledge of Autodesk and Revit to work a variety of UK and international projects, including a prominent museum project recently won in an international competition.
The role of BIM coordinator not only demands professional experience to define, lead and manage the BIM processes, we also require the candidate to work alongside the project team to develop their skills.
The position involves a broad scope of responsibilities, from training to managing BIM projects of various scales, typology and stages of development. The role will require both implementation and resolution of immediate matters on live projects (RIBA Stage one-four) as well as excellent organisational and communication skills for engaging with and mentoring the team.
The position requires experience in creating a structured framework and effective coordination together with clients, project leaders and external consultants. Applicants will need to demonstrate superior digital knowledge, content creation and management and be able to evidence work through multiple platforms.
Broad Responsibilities:
BIM coordination and daily management of BIM project data sets/workflows and project set up
helping to technically deliver BIM projects in the role of CAD and BIM coordination
provide technical support for BIM enabling software applications to the project team
provide training on ‘best practice’ workflows to project teams as required
