Advanced Business / Administration Apprenticesihp – Sport Structures – Birmingham

Job Description
The role of the Business & Administration Apprentice will be to work alongside the Education and Delivery departments to help with a wide variety of administrational tasks, such as data inputting, answering calls, photocopying and distributing resources. The successful applicant will support the operational aspects of our nationwide National Governing Body coach education programmes, as well as our traineeship and apprenticeship programme.

The Business and Administration Apprentice will be involved in all aspects of business administration to support the continued growth of our services.

We pride ourselves on providing the very best customer experience, so as well as your main duties, you will be expected to build relationships with our customers, so excellent people skills are crucial.

    The length of the apprenticeship is 18 months and within that time you will gain the following qualifications:

• Competency and Knowledge – City & Guilds Level 3 Diploma in Business Administration (QCF) (combined qualification)
• Employee Rights and Responsibilities are embedded into the City & Guilds Level 3 Diploma in Business Administration (QCF) through the Skills CFA workbook
• OCR Level 2 Functional Skills in English
• OCR Level 2 Functional Skills in Maths
• City & Guilds Level 2 Functional Skills in ICT

Location: Sport Structures Office, Jewellery Quarter, Birmingham

Places Available: 1

Hours: 37 hours a week (Mon – Fri).

Weekly Wage: £ 101.01
