Part Time Academy Age Group Coach – Rotherham United Football Club

Job Description
Rotherham United Academy is looking to appoint Part Time Coaches to join our Academy technical team. The post’s involves working with the Academy players aged between U9 and U16 providing services for our game and training program.

This role would suit a hardworking, enthusiastic individual with a proven interest in football coaching, due to the nature of the role it would be advantageous for the successful applicant to be residing in the local area.

This is a part time role requiring flexibility to work evening and weekend fixtures, including regular travel to away matches.

Dependant upon experience and qualifications
To coach a specific age group within the academy according to he academy philosophy and syllabus.

To deliver effective and innovative session plans in line with club philosophy
To maintain accurate records of training and match outcomes and identify individuals that may need intervention plans.
To attend and contribute to the departments in service training program

Essential requirements for the post UEFA B ( Level 3) coaching certificate
FA Youth Modules
Enhanced DBS clearance
Academy Coaching experience

Desirable requirements for the post FA Child Protection Certificate ( Can be arranged)
FA Safeguarding Certificate (Can be arranged)
