Principal – Oasis Academy Romford – Romford

Principal – establish a brand new Academy

Ready for your greatest challenge yet? We need an inspirational leader to open and establish a brand new Academy.

Creating excellence

Oasis Academy Romford is a brand new primary Academy in the heart of Romford. Opening in September 2016 it will have an initial intake of 90 children, growing year-on-year to 630 at capacity. It will be a happy, inclusive place for local children to learn.

Get us up and running

We need an ambitious and focused leader to bring the Academy to life. From pre-opening planning to establishing an exceptional teaching team, you will help to create an outstanding centre of excellence for all.  There’s a real need for a new primary school in the town, and you will see that it delivers an excellent education and becomes local school of choice.

Make your mark

This is a challenging role that’s perfect for an ambitious and focused leader.  Already an outstanding professional, you’ll have the drive and experience to build strong links with the community.  You will understand, share and be committed to the Oasis ethos of inclusion, equality, healthy relationships, hope and perseverance.

Expert support

We do not expect you to do this alone. You will enjoy the support and challenge of being part of a family of academies – working alongside leaders in their field, and benefiting from great learning and training opportunities at a local, regional and national level.
