The School of Engineering is a large and extremely successful School with outcomes consistently well above national benchmarks and high levels of student satisfaction. The School offers Automotive Studies in addition to Engineering Extended Diplomas, Apprenticeships and a number of HE courses. Following significant expansion and the construction of a new £6.2m Science Engineering Innovation Centre, we are seeking to recruit an outstanding engineering teacher to join our team.

The successful candidate will have successful teaching experience in an engineering context with experience of BTEC provision, ideally in the fields of electronics or mechanical engineering, together with highly developed interpersonal skills to influence others and continually make improvements.

The opportunity to teach HE would be available for a candidate with a suitable background.
