BTL Property are seeking a talented and highly motivated full-time Part-II architect/interior architect with UK-based experience to join their team.
This person will be responsible for a range of tasks including presentation quality design work and development of projects through to planning and completion, working closely with the four-person design team as well as interfacing with clients. Work will include multiple residential projects of varying scales.

strong presentation skills, aesthetics and craftsmanship to include renderings, hand drawing and model making
knowledge of project processes related to coordination, workflow, project approvals, construction detailing, materials, methods, and codes
good interpersonal communication skills
fluent spoken English and excellent verbal and written communication
proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Sketch Up, InDesign and Photoshop
proven organisational abilities and consistent attention to detail
experience in residential projects, preparing feasibility studies, concept design and design development
all legal permits and visas required to work in the UK
This position is for full-time, in-house employment only
Ideally you will be able to start within four weeks or earlier, with salary commensurate with experience.
