We have an exciting vacancy in the Community and Access team for a Life Skills and Independence Coach focusing on Preparing for Adulthood.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic individual who can motivate and inspire people to engage in various activities that are most appropriate to the cohort that will have a positive impact on both their physical and mental health including long term behaviour change.

Being a member of the Community and Access team is a hugely rewarding position for people who enjoy a varied, challenging and exciting working environment.
