Commercial Assistant – The Jewellery Editor – Greater London

Working from home, you will support, and work directly with, Christine Pasquier, Managing Director of The Jewellery Editor, to ensure the smooth running of our advertising schedule and provide administrative support on a daily basis.

London based, 4 hours a day, 5 days a week

Key responsibilities include:

Assisting the commercial team and media agencies
Liaising with the advertisers and production agencies
Coordinating the advertising reports
Coordinating the advertising schedule
Coordinating advertising material with our IT team
Providing general administrative support
Attending regular meetings in central London

Essential experience/skills:

First class organisation and time management skills
A good knowledge of Excel/Key Note/Analytics
Good writing style
Good client relations

Desirable qualities:

Knowledge of the watch/jewellery industry
A good honours degree (or equivalent)
Based in London
