Director of Finance and Corporate Services – Keech Hospice Care – East Anglia

About us
Keech Hospice Care is a well established charity that runs an adult and children’s hospice in South Bedfordshire. We have 250 staff and 1500 volunteers and our purpose is to care for our patients and to support their families and friends.

About the role
To develop and implement a finance and corporate services strategy that supports Keech Hospice Care to achieve its mission and meet its strategic objectives.

As a member of the Senior Management Team, contribute to the development of strategic plans, direction and decision making and proactively work towards the achievement of shared organisational objectives.

The successful candidate will provide leadership and direction to the charity’s finance and corporate services personnel and lead and manage the finance function. You will ensure the provision to the charity of quality assured corporate services comprising IT, Catering and Facilities Management.

About you
You must hold an ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualification and be strategically aware. You will have excellent analytical, interpersonal, IT, written and verbal communication skills and possess a proven track record of achieving results in financial management at a senior level.
